Acceptable Use Policy for PassCash

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access and use of PassCash's services. By using PassCash, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy is part of PassCash’s Terms and Conditions, and failure to adhere may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use PassCash for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including activities that could harm, disrupt, or negatively affect PassCash or its users. Specifically, you agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities, including violating financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and terrorist financing laws as per Montana, Florida, and applicable Caribbean jurisdictions. Use PassCash to facilitate or promote money laundering, identity theft, or terrorist financing. Use or attempt to use another user's account without their permission or authorization. Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software. Send unsolicited marketing communications, spam, or engage in phishing attacks. Harass, threaten, or promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech. Violate any intellectual property rights of PassCash or third parties. Violate the laws, statutes, and regulations specific to Montana, Florida, or any Caribbean jurisdictions where PassCash is available. This includes local consumer protection, data privacy, and financial transaction laws.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your PassCash account. You agree to:
Keep your account password and other login credentials confidential. Immediately notify PassCash if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Use strong, unique passwords to secure your account.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
By using PassCash, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Montana: Compliance with state financial laws, including anti-money laundering and consumer protection regulations. Florida: Adherence to the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and other consumer protection laws.
Caribbean: Compliance with regional financial services regulations and data protection laws.
PassCash operates in the following Caribbean countries:
Antigua and Barbuda Bahamas Barbados - Belize
- Grenada
- Jamaica
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
- Saint Lucia
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Trinidad and Tobago
- You are also required to comply with data protection and privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if applicable, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in California.
4. Consequences of Violating the Policy
Violation of this Policy may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your PassCash account. Legal action, including civil and criminal penalties, as permitted by applicable laws in Montana, Florida, and the Caribbean. Removal of any content or activity deemed to be in violation of this Policy.
5. Reporting Violations
If you suspect a violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to support@passcash.org. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to investigate the matter.
Changes to this Policy
PassCash reserves the right to modify or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time, in accordance with changes in applicable laws or business needs. Any updates will be posted on this page, and you are responsible for reviewing this Policy regularly to stay informed about any modifications.
