Sending Money

PassCash allows you to send money directly from your wallet to another user's PassCash wallet. You can send funds using the recipient's Wallet ID, email address, or mobile number.

 

How to Send Money

  1. Log in to your PassCash account.
  2. From your dashboard, go to Transfer & Exchange.
  3. Select Send Funds.
  4. In the Recipient field, enter the recipient's Wallet ID, email address, or mobile number.
  5. Under Your Wallets, select the wallet you want to send money from.
  6. Enter the amount you want to send.
  7. If needed, add a message in the Note (Optional) field.
  8. Review the transaction details shown in the Summary section.
  9. Select Send Now to submit the transfer.

 

Review Your Transfer

Before sending the money, review the Summary section carefully. It may show:

  • Amount — The amount you are sending.
  • Charge — Any applicable transaction charge.
  • Total — The total amount deducted from your wallet.
  • Conversion Rate — The applicable currency conversion rate, when required.
  • Recipient Wallet Added — The amount being added to the recipient's wallet.
  • My Wallet Decreased — The amount being deducted from your selected wallet.

 

Make sure the recipient information, amount, and total are correct before selecting Send Now.

 

Choosing Your Wallet

If you have multiple PassCash wallets, use the Your Wallets dropdown to select the wallet you want to send the money from.

 

Make sure you select the correct wallet before completing the transfer.

 

Adding a Note

You can add an optional note to your transfer using the Note (Optional) field. This can help you identify the reason or purpose of the payment.

 

Checking Your Transfer History

After submitting a transfer, you can select History from the Send Money section to review your previous transfers.

Your dashboard also shows separate totals for:

  • Completed Send Money
  • Pending Send Money
  • Failed Send Money

These sections can help you check the status of your transfers.

 

Before Sending Money

Before confirming a transfer:

  • Check that the recipient's Wallet ID, email address, or mobile number is correct.
  • Make sure you selected the correct wallet.
  • Confirm the amount you entered.
  • Review any applicable charge and the total shown in the Summary section.
  • Check the conversion rate if the transfer involves currency conversion.
