PassCash USD Virtual Master Debit Cards – Fees & Policies

PassCash provides USD Virtual Master Debit Cards for seamless online transactions. Below are the key details regarding issuance, fees, and policies.

Fees:

- Issuance Fee: $15 USD per card

- Card Load Fee: $1.5 + 2% of the load amount

- Transaction Fee: 3% per transaction

- Foreign Exchange (FX) Fee: Applies to all non-USD transactions

- Monthly Maintenance Fee: $2 per card, billed monthly

Important Policies:

- Automatic Termination: If a card encounters four (4) consecutive insufficient funds transactions, it will be automatically terminated for security and compliance reasons.

- Reordering After Termination: Once a card is terminated, the user will need to order a new carde and pay the standard issuance fee.
