PassCash offers the USD Virtual Visa Debit Card, providing a convenient and secure way to shop online. Below are the updated details regarding the card's fees and policies.
Fees:
- Issuance Fee: $10 USD per card
- Card Load Fee: $2 + 1% of the load amount
- Foreign Exchange (FX) Fee: Applies to all non-USD transactions
- Monthly Maintenance Fee: None
- Transaction Fee: None
Important Policies:
- Automatic Termination: If a card encounters four (4) consecutive insufficient funds transactions, it will be automatically terminated for security and compliance reasons.
- Reordering After Termination: Once a card is terminated, the user will need to order a new card and pay the standard issuance fee.
- Termination Fee: $1 USD will be charged for card termination.
