Navigate to the Payment Link section in your dashboard.
Generate a payment link and copy it.
Share the link with customers, who can pay using their preferred payment method.
Payment received through the link will reflect in your PassCash wallet.
PassCash supports a wide range of currencies, including but not limited to:

Caribbean currencies like JMD (Jamaican Dollar), BBD (Barbadian Dollar), and more.
If you experience a transaction issue (e.g., declined payment, payment not reflecting), follow these steps:
Check your account balance and payment details.
Ensure there are no network or technical issues.
Contact customer support by submitting a support ticket if the issue persists.
Account verification is essential for increased transaction limits. To verify your account:
Go to the Account Verification section in your dashboard.
Upload the required documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address).
Wait for our admin team to review and approve your documents.
Once verified, your account limits will be increased.
To secure your account:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Security Settings.
Use a strong, unique password for your PassCash account.
Regularly update your password and security settings.

Yes, PassCash supports both local and international transactions. You can send and receive payments in supported currencies, and use the platform globally with our virtual Visa/MasterCard.
Here are the key fees:
Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers: 2.5% for sending and receiving.
Withdraw to Bank: $1 USD + 2% fee.
Virtual Visa/MasterCard: $10 USD issuance fee, $2 monthly fee.
Payment Link Fee: 2.5%.
E-Voucher Redeem Fee: 1.5%.
