   - Select Submit a Ticket and provide details of the issue you're facing. Include any relevant information like transaction IDs, payment details, or error messages to help our team resolve your issue faster.

- Step 3: Choose the Appropriate Category

   - Select the category that best matches your issue (e.g., Payments, Account Verification, etc.).

- Step 4: Submit the Ticket

   - Once you've filled out the form, click Submit. You?ll receive an email confirming your support request, and our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

For quicker responses, use our Live Chat option (available during working hours):

- Step 1: Go to the Help Center

   - Access the Help Center from the Support Section.

- Step 2: Click on the Chat Icon
