Why was my Virtual Debit Card terminated?

If your Virtual Debit Card was terminated, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Suspicious Activity: If there were any unusual or suspicious transactions detected on your account, your card might have been terminated for security purposes.

2. Policy Violations: Violating PassCash's terms and conditions, such as engaging in illegal activities, can result in the termination of your Virtual Debit Card.

3. Inactive Account: If your account has been inactive for a prolonged period, it may lead to the termination of your card.

4. Account Verification Issues: Incomplete or failed verification of your account may cause the termination of your card.

5. Funding Issues: If there were problems with funding your Virtual Debit Card, such as insufficient funds or issues with linked payment methods, your card may be deactivated.

6. Card Termination Fee: Your Virtual Debit Card may be terminated automatically after 4 consecutive insufficient funds transactions. A $1 termination fee will apply if this occurs.
